Services Provided
MGR Plumbing provides professional plumbing services, including installation and repair, for residential and small commercial clients across Waxhaw, North Carolina, and its surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability and scheduled based on location, project type, and scope of work.
Quotes & Estimates
We provide free estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, or customer-requested changes. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments for consultations or services must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time, but weather, traffic, or other factors may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined clearly in your project proposal. Full payment is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or other methods as arranged. For custom materials or large-scale projects, a deposit may be required.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if materials have been ordered or labor scheduled.
Warranties
We stand by our workmanship and offer warranties on select services and materials, which will be detailed in your project agreement. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Liability
MGR Plumbing is licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unmarked underground utilities, or damages caused by factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, pests, or ground movement).
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the job site, removing personal belongings or obstructions, and notifying us of any special considerations on the property. Customers are also responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and HOA guidelines unless otherwise arranged.
Use of Website & Content
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of MGR Plumbing and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission. We reserve the right to update or modify our content, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
